Job Summary

Strategic Account Manager to drive growth for Westlake’s premium roofing portfolio across the Midwest. Build and nurture relationships with HOAs, top roofing contractors, architects, and roofing consultants; expand market share by promoting Westlake’s roofing solutions (DaVinci Roofscapes, Unified Steel, Newpoint Concrete, US Tile); manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach and strategic account planning; collaborate with Territory Managers, internal sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure successful project execution. Territory includes MI, IN, IL, WI, IA, MN, SD, and ND with ideal siting in OH/IL/IN/WI/MN. Requires 70% travel and ability to be away from home for multiple nights per week; insurability and valid US driver’s license required. Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Outlook 365, and Salesforce; strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of five to seven years work experience in a related role preferred
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, detail oriented
  • Enthusiastic, self-starter with good interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills and ability to speak comfortably in front of groups
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Teams and Outlook 365
  • Experience with Salesforce
