Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager – Renewal Team owns the existing account portfolio, conducts periodic client meetings, drives an 85%+ retention rate, and leads upsell opportunities through cross-selling D&B products and ESG-related offerings. Responsible for timely renewals, receivables management, regular client updates, coordination with operations, and maintaining accurate client data. Requires ERP/data-driven mindset, ability to analyze financial statements, travel willingness, MBA or relevant post-graduate background, and strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders to achieve growth targets.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or any post-graduation with relevant experience of 3-5 years in business development
- Strong knowledge of local commercial and industrial belts
- Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements
- Willingness to travel
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders (Managing Directors, CXOs, CFOs, Heads of Finance)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-driven with ability to manage targets and pipelines
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data management
