Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding strategic relationships with key national and regional residential home builders and OEM customers; lead strategic account plans, cross-functional collaboration, and contract negotiations to drive revenue growth and market penetration for REHAU's residential offerings. Requires 5+ years of strategic sales/account management experience, strong hydronic/plumbing system knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership skills; travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sales/account management (preferably in plumbing/hydronics or technical/wholesale sales setting)
- Strong technical understanding of hydronic and plumbing systems
- Excellent leadership, project management, and relationship development skills
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the plumbing/hydronics industry
- Experience using Salesforce CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
