Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager role responsible for owning and growing a $4M–$7M hardware portfolio within existing customer accounts. Focus on retention, expansion, and long-term account health through strong relationships and cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance. Lead communications via phone, video, and email; conduct Quarterly Business Reviews; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities; manage deployments, refresh cycles, and technology roadmaps; maintain CRM records and accurate pipeline forecasts; develop knowledge of the hardware portfolio, SKUs, and use cases; participate in ongoing training and self-directed learning. Ideal for candidates with 2–5+ years in technology hardware sales, customer success, or account management, and a proven ability to manage a multi-million-dollar book of business with strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years in technology hardware sales, customer success, or account management
- Experience managing a multi-million-dollar book of business
