Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager responsible for overseeing client satisfaction, operational execution, and financial performance across 466 retail locations and 67 distribution centers. Serves as the primary liaison between the client and the company, ensuring alignment between client expectations and field execution, leading Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, coordinating staffing and scheduling, and driving continuous improvement. Key duties include client communication with Store Managers, escalation management with action plans, liaison with internal teams, monitoring dashboards (Power BI), and leveraging data-driven insights to drive accountability and service quality. Core competencies include client relationship management, multi-site operations management, problem-solving, cross-functional leadership, and proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
