Job Summary
Process transactions originated by Strategic Partners from application submission through funding, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely documentation. Develop and maintain relationships with partners while serving as the primary point of contact for queries regarding offers, status updates, and procedural issues. Input transaction data, verify supporting materials, and prepare documentation for loan renewals in strict adherence to sales, credit, and compliance policies. Maintain detailed records of all interactions for auditing and reporting, monitor internal systems for accurate status updates, and collaborate with Sales leadership, Underwriting, and Operations to resolve escalated concerns. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and the partner experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Sales or Operations in the Small Business Finance industry
- Strong understanding of Working Capital Loans
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage Partner relationships effectively
- Knowledge of Working Capital Loan products and industry standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and goals
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
