Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager for women’s health focused on expanding Natera testing across IDNs and large hospital systems in the Mid-Atlantic. Responsibilities include educating and recruiting strategic accounts and lab partners to utilize Natera’s women’s health portfolio, developing SME-level knowledge of technology and services for key stakeholders (KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Lab Directors, Senior Management), building relationships within OBGYN residency and MFM programs, collaborating on EMR/UX tool adoption to drive product growth, creating regional business plans aligned with sales goals, coordinating with Regional Directors and the Clinical Field Specialist team, and executing strategies based on market insights to maximize revenue. Travel required: 50-60%. Remote USA with coverage in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, preferably within a genetics laboratory
- At least 3 years of successful strategic sales or consulting experience in the diagnostic laboratory field
- Demonstrated success in developing new markets, launching new products, and rapidly increasing revenue
