Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager to manage a core set of customer relationships for Vantage Data Centers, coordinating across Sales, Construction, and Operations to deliver customer-focused solutions. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, coordinating with internal teams to support project requests, data module fit-out coordination, customer audits, performance reporting, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and leases. Develop internal and external relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and prepare regular reporting (MBR/QBR, STAR reports) and pricing/quoting processes. Maintain documentation for each customer, support the Customer Portal configuration, and assist with financial and billing coordination. Travel up to 25% is expected. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, ITIL experience is preferred, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and bilingual French/English capability. The role is based in QC locations in Canada with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site, 2 days flexible). We encourage qualified candidates who share our mission and values to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Sales, related field, or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of Data Center Operations, Project Management, Customer Support, or Sales
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required
