Job Summary

Strategic Account Manager (SAM) within the Customer Success team for top-tier EMEA accounts. Owns commercial growth, conducts account expansion across divisions, drives cross-sell of Engineering AI and Physics AI capabilities, builds executive-level partnerships, and leads structured outbounding to generate and manage pipeline from first contact to close. Collaborates with CS, Application Engineers, AEs, SDRs, and leadership to deploy full capabilities, facilitates Executive Business Reviews, and positions SimScale as a long-term partner at the C-suite level. Located in the EMEA region (CET/GMT) with 20–30% travel for on-site executive meetings; flexible, remote-first setup across the region.
