Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager manages key accounts and focuses on retaining existing business while pursuing expansion opportunities across Livingston products and services for mid-market clients. Responsibilities include understanding the current portfolio, maximizing client relationships through primary touchpoints, analyzing client business trends to identify growth opportunities, leading renegotiations and profitability analyses, developing growth strategies for each assigned account, educating clients on regulatory changes, maintaining accurate systems, preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating with internal resources to support client requests, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues. The role emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, negotiation, and delivering targeted results within a fast-paced, international trade environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Salesforce.com experience strongly desired
