Job Summary

Strategic Account Manager in Jeddah leading access initiatives with payers and CMS to enable optimal product reimbursement and formulary inclusion. Responsibilities include building and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders in all accounts, designing and executing strategic account action plans, coordinating cross-functional teams (internal Market Access, Marketing, Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain) to ensure timely access, managing tenders and stock levels, and driving alignment with local and external stakeholders to achieve budgeted objectives. Key tasks also cover cross-functional leadership without authority, territory coverage planning, and delivering compelling value narratives to customers in the Saudi market. Strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and the ability to translate data into actionable market access strategies. Core skills highlighted include storytelling, exploration of customer journeys, data synthesis for insights, value creation, predictive strategy, disruption, orchestration, collaboration in a multi-cultural matrix environment, and proactive leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Life Sciences or business-related bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years industry/business experience in Key Account Management
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
