Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager for Intellectual Property leading high-value customer relationships, developing and executing strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day account activities, forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, upselling opportunities, solution development and presentation, negotiating and closing deals, expanding relationships across existing accounts, identifying white space, and maintaining high engagement through meetings and events. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in sales/account management/customer success and 7+ years of B2B sales experience; field-based with regular travel to client sites and alignment to Eastern Time Zone. Travel and remote-work options are supported in the role. Compensation includes base salary in the $135k–$150k USD range plus incentives, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 10+ Years of relevant experience in a sales, account management, or customer success type role
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- Prior experience with Intellectual Property
