Job Summary
Lead high-value customer relationships in the Intellectual Property space and drive revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive account plans. Identify and close high-value opportunities, provide detailed sales forecasts to senior management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance the sales cycle. Deeply understand customer needs and present innovative, compelling solutions from Clarivate’s product and services portfolio. Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle—from needs discovery, solution development, and presentation to quoting, negotiating, and closing. Maintain long-term customer value by solving customer challenges with Clarivate solutions, engage in high-level meetings, and build broad relationships across accounts. The role is field-based with travel to client sites and operates within standard business hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone, with flexibility for travel and global collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 10+ Years of relevant experience in a sales, account management, or customer success type role
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- Prior experience with Intellectual Property
