Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager for the Industrial segment responsible for managing defined customers and driving business development within the packaging & industrial space. Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy in collaboration with the Industrial Key Accounts Sales Manager, secure excellent customer relations, identify and cultivate new opportunities, and deliver customized solutions. Requires 3+ years in KAM/B2B sales in a multinational environment; BA degree; fluent English and Hungarian; strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking; proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP (advantage); driver’s license B. Located in Budapest with a home-office option and opportunities for collaboration with DS Smith and International Paper.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management/B2B sales in multinational environment in automotive & industrial segments
- BA in Business administration or equivalent
- C1 level English
- Hungarian
- Strong command of MS Office (esp. Excel, Powerpoint)
- SAP is an advantage
- Driver’s license B
- Autonomous and self-assured but also team player – relational skills
- Demonstrated ability to cope under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and customer curiosity
