Job Summary

Drive reagent revenue growth and customer retention across Reference Laboratories, Hospitals, and Integrated Health Systems within the Autoimmunity and Allergy diagnostic portfolios. Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities, increase laboratory utilization, and strengthen partnerships through consultative selling. Lead regular Customer Business Reviews with internal partners to evaluate performance metrics and align on strategic objectives. Serve as the primary contact for customer stakeholders including Procurement, Laboratory Leadership, and Medical Directors while collaborating with Regional Managers and Technical Sales Specialists. This field-based role supports customers across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas, requiring 75% travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Life Sciences or Business discipline
  • 3+ years of success in complex clinical diagnostics, laboratory diagnostics, or lab-focused medical device sales
  • Experience supporting hospital laboratories, reference labs, or integrated health systems
  • Demonstrated success managing large health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), or reference laboratory accounts
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel independently throughout the region
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and drug screening
  • Must be based in Texas
  • Ideally in Dallas, TX
