Owns annual sales, margin, and volume; leads pricing and margin strategy with value-based selling; drives new business through structured prospecting; maintains a forward-looking sales pipeline; partners with customers to anticipate needs, deliver value, and expand opportunities; collaborates with R&D, technical service, and marketing to support trials, new customer development, and commercialization; works with distribution partners to align strategies and drive joint growth; travel up to 50% and leverage cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.
