Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- 5+ years in Strategic Account Management, Client Success, or related client-facing role
- Experience managing medium-to-large client portfolios and multiple concurrent implementations
- Proven ability to build relationships with Director-level, VP-level, and executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
