Job Summary

The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with the Colorado Lottery Sales team, Operations, and Marketing Teams to develop relationships with potential retailers for lottery licensing and sales. Responsibilities include vetting retailer interest, training new retailers to promote lottery products, troubleshooting and performing testing on lottery equipment at retail locations, and presenting KPI-driven performance analysis. Candidates should be organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a background in sales or marketing, as well as proficiency in MS Office.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in sales/marketing field or 3 to 5 years retail sales and/or marketing experience
  • Strong time management skills
  • Organized and methodical in routines
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Understanding of electronics – smartphones, tablets, and laptops
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
