Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager (SAM) responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of named enterprise and Greenfield accounts in North India (Offsite). Drive multi-year revenue growth and satisfying executive stakeholders by delivering TrendAITM’s AI-powered security platform. Lead engagements with pre-sales engineering, professional services, channel partners, and marketing to communicate value to C-level buyers. Responsibilities include achieving quarterly/annual sales targets, prospecting new business, client relationship management for repeat business, negotiating pricing and contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure exemplary service, preparing presentations and sales contracts, and participating in industry events. Required skills include exceptional negotiation and closing abilities, consultative selling, prospecting, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships. Strong emphasis on government-sector experience, engagement with Big4 consultants, and knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, IT products, and cloud/virtualization solutions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; 10-15+ years in account management in IT/security domains. Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years experience in Account Management in Information Technology / Security solutions companies
- Experience selling solutions to Government sectors
- Ability to effectively engage with Big4 consultants
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity, networking and IT products and solutions
- Knowledge of virtualization and cloud-based solutions preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT or Management with equivalent work experience preferred
