Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager role focused on developing and expanding business within named accounts through cross-selling and upselling, coordinating product marketing, training, and R&D needs, and delivering tailored sales tools and proposals. Responsibilities include managing budgeting and decision-making processes, defining business objectives and programs, positioning Genetec capabilities against end-user needs, leading product demonstrations and commercial training for stakeholders, preparing quotes and responses to RFx, maintaining CRM data, and achieving forecasted quotas. Requires a college degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of high-tech sales experience including national/strategic account management, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to influence cross-functionally, and willingness to travel up to 50% within California. Desirable background in security or IT/IP security industries; offers include compensation package, 401K match, tuition reimbursement, and a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
