Job Summary

Strategic Enterprise Account Manager responsible for building and sustaining long-term partnerships with high-value Australian sellers across hospitality, F&B, and events. You will own a managed book, drive account prioritization and contracting, identify growth opportunities through up-sell and cross-sell, and partner with cross-functional teams to tailor Square’s product portfolio to complex customer needs. The role requires engaging senior decision-makers (business owners, IT, finance, operations), soliciting feedback for product roadmap decisions, and acting as the seller advocate to expand Square’s reach among top customers. Strong background in enterprise account management, partnerships, or sales of technical products, plus experience collaborating with internal teams to close multi-party deals, are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in account management, business development, consulting, partnerships, or sales focused on technical products, with significant experience managing enterprise-level accounts
  • Experience achieving revenue metric goals across growth and retention
  • In-depth experience collaborating internally with partners on complex deals or partnerships typical of enterprise-scale engagements
  • Experience requirements gathering with enterprise customers, building business cases for feature development with product teams
  • Formal sales methodology training
  • Experience supporting go-to-market efforts for new products
  • Experience in the Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage industry
