Job Summary
Own day-to-day strategic account management for your book of business, driving measurable growth, partner health, and expansion across multiple Rokt products. Act as the quarterback across internal and external stakeholders, coordinating product, commercial, operational, and technical workstreams to ensure fast, precise execution. Lead account planning and execution through disciplined use of Mutual Action Plans, Joint Business Plans, QBRs, and ongoing executive engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including navigating high-pressure conversations with credibility, clarity, and commercial rigor. Use data, structured analysis, and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities, improve program management, accelerate decision-making, and continuously optimize account outcomes. This high-impact role sits within the Strategic Key Accounts team in London, requiring 4+ years of experience in client success or commercial roles within fast-paced technology or ecommerce environments.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or a related customer-facing commercial role in a fast-paced technology, ecommerce, media, ticketing, travel, payments, or adjacent environment
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
- Ability to lead sophisticated product conversations
