Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager for the South-Central territory responsible for managing relationships with senior executives, engineers, maintenance, supply chain and other decision-makers at nuclear power plants and related entities. Develop tailored account strategies with Product Managers across multiple business units to maximize account value through cross-selling, upselling and renewals; drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Requires 3–4 days per week of travel within the geographic territory; remote work within Nashville, Baton Rouge, and the Houston/Texas area. Engineering degree preferred and nuclear domain knowledge highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business development or sales related to the power generation industry
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices
- Knowledge of I&C systems, outage services and process equipment (e.g., valves, actuators, motors, HVAC, tensioning systems)
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders
- Degree within an Engineering discipline preferred
