Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager will cultivate long-term relationships with current clients while generating new business leads, manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to position EIS solutions, coordinate cross-functional activities for key accounts, participate in industry events to promote the EIS portfolio, share market intelligence internally, and provide forecasts and reporting. The role requires travel to facilities within the assigned region, strong negotiation and presentation skills, plus ability to influence stakeholders across R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, and executive levels. Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Sugar, Power BI, SAP) and a customer-centric, strategic mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or business
- MBA is a differentiator
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing
- Strong ability to manage opportunity pipeline
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence within all levels of an organization
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Sugar CRM, Power BI and SAP (differentiators)
- Proven ability to close business
- Language Skills: excellent verbal and written communication
