Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager responsible for retention and growth of North America Tier-1 clients. Lead senior stakeholder engagements, collaborate with the internal deal team to craft and execute upsell/retention plans, identify expansion opportunities, and manage account growth. Create and manage upsell and cross-sell pipelines in Salesforce, complete RFIs and RFPs, coordinate with solution engineering for POCs/POVs, drive client ROI and renewal success, and serve as the voice of the customer while partnering with Professional Services and Product leadership on the strategic roadmap. Prior experience in enterprise strategic account management, knowledge of capital markets or post-trade technology, familiarity with MEDDPIC/Miller Heiman/SPIN methodologies, and French language ability are advantageous. Hybrid work policy with three days in office; six weeks work anywhere in the world.
