Job Summary
Implement strategic business plans to meet sales objectives while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards. Provide daily in-person consultations with prescribers and key office personnel to understand prescribing platforms and educate on formulary requirements. Analyze sales data to drive performance and manage promotional budget funds effectively. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leaders and engage pharmacies to optimize patient access resources for the Dermavant product portfolio. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and share best practices within the assigned geography covering Michigan and Ohio. This role supports Organon's mission to improve lives through innovative immuno-dermatology treatments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience
- Valid Driving License
- Must reside within the territory (Michigan and Ohio)
- Must be able to satisfy all applicable travel and credentialing requirements
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Dermatology market
- Experience operating in patient access or reimbursement capacity
- Strong teamwork and ability to work cross-functionally across multiple business partners
- Relationships with pharmacies in the respective geography
- Ability to understand, comprehend, and communicate requirements of regional and national payers to peers and customers
- Understanding of EMR/e-scribing systems
- Experience educating entire office on drug manufacturer copay programs
- Proven ability and success in developing physician, pharmacy, and key customer relationships
- Master's degree or other advanced education/certifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, quickly changing business environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to personal and career development
- Ability to manage multiple programs with competing timelines and prioritize activities
