Job Summary
Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen Toll's partnership with Defence, building trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders at the Directorate of Relocations and Housing. Act as the key relationship owner for the Defence Relocations and Removals portfolio, leading strategic discussions, contract management reviews, and executive-level engagements to drive retention and identify new opportunities. Manage account profitability and revenue growth while championing a customer-first culture to ensure exceptional service outcomes for ADF members and their families. This high-profile commercial leadership role requires navigating complex government environments to balance customer success with sustainable business growth within Toll's global logistics network.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success managing large, complex strategic accounts
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L performance
- Experience leading high-value client relationships within government, Defence, managed services, logistics, or related sectors
- The ability to navigate complex environments and balance customer outcomes with commercial objectives
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A track record of driving account growth, retention, and continuous improvement
- Considerable experience in a senior management, account management, or commercial leadership role
- Experience working with Defence, government, or managed services environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Leadership, or a related discipline
- Must be entitled to work in Australia
- Prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical
