Job Summary
Analyze and report against weekly KPIs for sales, inventory, market share, and catalog health. Translate data into actionable insights and concrete action plans to drive sales and market share. Identify listing suppressions, engage AVS and Vendor Central case ticketing, and oversee promotion strategy, execution, and post-event analysis. Lead weekly calls with Amazon US & Canada to track operational priorities and partner with Digital Merchandising and Marketing teams to optimize content, A+, and advertising support. Manage an extensive catalog assortment using data-driven insights to inform decisions that grow sales in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce account management, specifically with Amazon 1P Brands
- strategic knowledge of 1P vs. 3P capabilities
- deep familiarity with the Amazon ecosystem, policies, and tools (Vendor Central, A+ content modules, Brand Store modules, Brand Registry)
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategies for growth on Amazon
- optimizing product listings
- managing promotion planning and execution
- understanding advertising campaigns and impacts
- Strong business acumen
- superior analytical skills
- ability to translate data into actionable insights and initiatives to drive top/bottom line growth
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
