Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager 3 is responsible for owning the full commercial relationship with global banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and energy firms within regulated environments. The role includes managing renewals and expansion, building retention strategies, leading negotiations, forecasting ARR churn, and driving inbound expansion alongside Account Executives. The position requires designing and delivering executive reviews (QBRs/EBRs), overseeing client communications and delivery health, and maintaining high-level executive relationships to ensure platform value, compliance posture, and long-term strategic growth across a portfolio of complex accounts.
