Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive to drive enterprise sales in an AI-first startup. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building a zero-to-first-major-customer pipeline in regulated industries (FinServ, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail). Translate AI/ML capabilities into business outcomes for CIOs/C-suite, collaborate with the VP of Sales and founders to refine GTM strategy, and architect multi-year expansion plans while shaping the product roadmap. Responsibilities include leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles, positioning on-premises capabilities as a differentiator, and driving significant ACV deals with Fortune 500 entities. The role emphasizes building from scratch in a fast-growth environment, with uncapped compensation tied to deal performance and the opportunity to impact a growing company's market position.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years enterprise software sales with consistent quota over-achievement at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments
- Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations
- Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting
- Entrepreneurial mindset, you thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes, and build from scratch
- Success in highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements
