Job Summary
As a Strategic Account Executive at Rox, you'll lead consultative, value-driven sales cycles with C-level decision-makers at startups and enterprises. You will own the full sales cycle, develop a deep understanding of prospect's revenue workflows, lead tailored product demos, collaborate with product teams, and refine sales messaging. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of strategic sales experience, particularly in closing large deals, and thrives in high-ambiguity environments. Strong intellectual curiosity and a builder mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of strategic sales experience closing deals in the $100K–2M+ range
- Sold to enterprise buyers in a value-based, consultative sales motion
- Playbook Experience at Command of Message or Value Selling Organization
- High learning velocity and intellectual curiosity
- Proven ability to operate in early-stage or high-ambiguity environments
- Builder mindset
- Coachable, thoughtful, and obsessed with getting better every week
