Job Summary
Manage relationships with Lithuania's largest and most complex corporate customers, focusing on Property insurance, profitable portfolio growth, and new business acquisition. Lead cross-functional account teams with Underwriting, Risk Engineering, and Claims to deliver tailored, risk-aware insurance solutions. Identify and acquire new large corporate clients, build qualified pipelines across direct and broker channels, and manage new-business and renewal processes from assessment to onboarding. Develop customer-specific account plans to support retention and long-term value creation while representing Lithuania in Baltic initiatives. This role offers considerable autonomy in portfolio development and access to Baltic and Nordic expertise within If's Strategic Accounts team.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant experience in commercial insurance sales, underwriting, brokerage, finance or large corporate account management
- Strong knowledge of commercial Property insurance and underwriting principles
- Experience working with large and complex corporate customers and building long-term commercial relationships
- A proven ability to generate new business, manage renewals and develop profitable customer portfolios
- Strong commercial judgement combined with analytical, structured and risk-aware thinking
- Confidence in managing complex negotiations, tenders, broker relationships and customer-specific account plans
- The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders and drive topics forward independently
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
- Readiness to travel within Lithuania and occasionally across the Baltics
