Job Summary
Senior Strategic Account Executive for CVS Health’s National Accounts. Leads the account team (including account management, clinical, and operations) to deliver client satisfaction and service delivery, drive renewals and up-sell opportunities, and develop/execute strategic programs and solutions for large PBM clients. Interfaces with Executive Leadership and collaborates across internal teams (account management, clinical, product, operations, analytics, underwriting) to position CVS Health solutions, respond to RFPs, and present quarterly/annual reporting on drug trend and cost savings. Responsible for building relationships with client partners, guiding program implementations, and ensuring successful outcomes for the assigned book of business. Travel up to 30%; role can be located anywhere in the U.S. with remote work or CVS Corporate Hub option. Requires 7+ years experience, healthcare and PBM exposure, strong communication and analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus)."
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of overall related work experience
- 5+ years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare
- 3+ years PBM experience within the Sales, Account Management or client-facing role
- Experience presenting information in a formal setting
- Experience using analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to leaders to develop solutions
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must possess a valid and current driver’s license
- Must have the ability to travel
