Job Summary
Strategic, value-driven B2B SaaS sales role in the DACH region focusing on Life Sciences & Pharma; manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in Germany & Austria, navigate complex organizations to the C-suite, drive end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to close, land-and-expand within accounts, engage with partners and cross-functional teams, and target six-to-seven-figure deals while collaborating with finance, supply chain, and other industry use cases.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in either Management Consulting or SaaS sales or a proven track record of success in either domain
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key processes and KPIs in Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical industry, especially Finance and Supply Chain
- Solid understanding of Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Collaborative, inclusive mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
- Willingness to engage with cross-functional teams and partners
