Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive responsible for hunting into a focused list of Key Accounts within a high-growth region. Lead end-to-end sales activities from demand generation to closing, using a consultative, value-based approach and Go-To-Market strategies. Build and maintain territory and account plans, collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts, manage CRM hygiene, and consistently meet or exceed quota. Requires strong English and German communication, comfort operating in a matrix organization, and the ability to develop pipeline and deliver referenceable customers. Compensation includes an attractive salary and benefits, with flexible working arrangements (office or remote in practice with in-person activities in Paris).
Required Qualifications
- Enterprise software sales experience
- Quota-carrying sales track record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- CRM proficiency and sales cadence management
