Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive (German Speaking) at Twilio, remote-first with base in Spain, responsible for selling into high-value accounts across EMEA (focus on DACH). Responsibilities include expanding revenue within key accounts, opening new opportunities, cross- and upsell of Twilio products (voice, messaging, email, contact centre, account security software), maintaining high customer satisfaction, creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing contracts. Must be able to communicate complex technical and financial details to both technical and business audiences, balance multiple deals, and travel ~25% to engage with customers and teammates.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Account Management/Sales experience selling and closing complex technical solutions
- Experience with large multinational enterprise customers and Digital Natives
- Demonstrated quota attainment
- Cross and upsell within a mature customer base
- Understanding of financial reporting and revenue tracking
- German language proficiency
