Job Summary
The Strategic Account Executive – GEMS role focuses on driving revenue growth in the Government, Education, Medical, and Strategic sectors through consultative selling of complex telecommunications solutions. This position is key in developing account strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in sales
- Minimum 8 years of experience selling to large businesses with technical solutions
- 5+ years’ experience in systems selling and account planning
- Demonstrated success in telecommunications sales to end-user customers
- Ability to sell to C level executives
- Product knowledge of switched and dedicated services
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional business acumen in funnel management and forecasting
