Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive for the ANZ region responsible for owning relationships with high-value enterprise retail accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing renewals and contract negotiations, and partnering with product, operations, and customer success teams to deliver measurable ROI. You will act as the trusted advisor to key stakeholders, develop account plans, lead cross-functional initiatives, and advocate for customers to influence product and delivery. The role requires 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, a proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets, strong stakeholder management including C-level engagement, and willingness to travel to client sites. You will collaborate with senior leaders to ensure strategic priorities are visible and supported while sustaining long-term customer relationships and value-driven outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
- willingness to travel to meet customers
- strong communication and presentation skills with C-level executives
- ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- retail domain experience is a plus
