Candidate profile requires 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, a track record of managing $100K+ ACV opportunities, experience selling to business stakeholders, strong value-based selling skills, and a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset. Compensation includes Base Salary $160,000–$175,000 and On-Target Earnings $320,000+ with uncapped accelerators; RSU equity package valued $150,000–$200,000+. Regions include Northeast (NY Metro, New England), Southeast (TN, GA, NC, FL), TOLA (TX preferred), NorCal/PacNW, and California (SoCal or NorCal) with remote or hybrid options based on territory.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record managing $100K+ ACV opportunities
- Experience selling to business stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
