Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive to drive large, complex software solution sales in DevOps and enterprise IT for Midwest markets. Lead efforts selling DevOps and application delivery platforms to automotive, manufacturing, and financial services sectors. Build and expand relationships with C-level executives, manage the full sales lifecycle for multi-million dollar deals, and implement tailored enterprise solutions leveraging cloud technologies and DevOps practices. Requires deep knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger/Sandler methodologies, and proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, DevOps, or software sales
- Proven track record of exceeding targets with large, complex deals
- Deep understanding of DevOps, application delivery, and release orchestration
- Expertise with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or Sandler methodologies
- Strong relationships and knowledge in automotive, manufacturing, or financial services
- Strategic mindset with ability to build and execute long-term account plans
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and modern sales tools
- Experience with open-source technologies in enterprise contexts
- Knowledge of continuous security and compliance in software development
- Understanding of end-to-end visibility and analytics in software delivery
