Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive responsible for leading data-driven account planning and pipeline growth to win large enterprise customers for Canva Enterprise. You will manage pipeline and revenue forecasts (Salesforce), build long-term customer relationships, craft tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Eng, Post-Sales, Customer Success) to drive adoption of Canva’s design and AI platform across departments. The role emphasizes storytelling to guide customers through a personalized journey, turning complex business needs into scalable, on-brand outcomes, and executing negotiations with senior stakeholders across organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle selling experience targeting mid-sized to large enterprises
- Proven success managing a full sales cycle including prospecting for new logos
- Experience with large named accounts on a global scale within a technology company
- Ability to navigate complex business challenges and craft solutions
- Ability to create detailed plans for complex organizations
- Strong communication skills for face-to-face executive engagements
