Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive responsible for leading new-business SaaS sales in multi-stakeholder environments and managing end-to-end, complex deal cycles across the Spanish market. Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through pricing, negotiation, and close—delivering new revenue. Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, and internal teams to open, advance, and win strategic opportunities. Qualify leads early, demonstrate proficiency in sales methodologies (Value-Based Selling, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales), maintain a robust pipeline (3x quarterly target), and engage C-level clients across multiple channels. Lead cross-functional virtual teams, develop go-to-market strategies, conduct business needs analyses, deliver demos and proposals, articulate Bloomreach’s value, influence RFP processes, manage CRM data hygiene, and nurture long-term client relationships while sharing insights to improve sales effectiveness. Also act as a mentor for regional teams and consistently exceed revenue targets, with a flexible, remote-first working arrangement and a base salary range in EUR, converted to USD in the earnings data.
