Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive based in the UK (London or Home Counties) responsible for leading growth across the UK&I region. The role blends new-logo acquisition with expansion in existing enterprise accounts, operating within a matrix team (Inside Sales, SEs, Marketing, Channel, Ops) to execute a regional GTM strategy. You will communicate ROI-driven value propositions to C-level stakeholders, manage all sales phases from opportunity identification to contract negotiation, and build long-term client relationships. Requires proven enterprise software sales experience, the ability to articulate complex technology value, travel up to 50%, and proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, and standard productivity tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience (SaaS, PaaS, or Data Management)
- Experience selling to Tier 1 & 2 Banking, Financial Services, Telco, or Manufacturing
- Proven track record in building net-new logos and growing existing revenue
- Ability to articulate complex technology value propositions and collaborate with Sales Engineers on product demonstrations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level influence
- Willingness/ability to travel up to 50% (primarily within UK&I)
- Tools proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, and standard productivity suites (Google Docs/MS Office)
