Job Summary
Strategic Account Analyst role focused on strategic accounts through proactive contract review, pricing and bid health analysis, CLM system administration, and data-driven reporting. Acts as liaison between Strategic Account Managers, Contracts, Pricing, and stakeholders to ensure renewals, pricing strategies, rebates, and CLM data accuracy. Responsibilities include reviewing expiring contracts (90–120 days), managing CLM data entry and workflow, updating pricing and rebates in contract records, leading contract amendments and renewals, developing and distributing reports, performing spend and product-line analyses, coordinating rollouts with cross-functional teams, and supporting rebate accrual management. Travel is minimal (up to 15%). Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with CLM systems and pricing tools, ability to develop complex spreadsheets and data visualizations, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or related field is required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in contract administration, pricing analysis, strategic accounts, or business operations is required
