Job Summary
Strategic Account Advisor focused on growing and retaining existing accounts through upsells to broader products/services. Leads retention and growth targets via sales processes, cultivates trust-based relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision makers, and serves as the primary customer contact. Develops business plans to address broker and client needs, conducts broker/agency education, coordinates with internal partners to exceed expectations, and travels locally as needed. Requires BA/BS and at least 2 years of sales experience; a sales license/appointment is required within 60 days of hire. Hybrid work arrangement: in-office 1–2 days per week with some remote work; vaccination requirements may apply for certain roles. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS (Minimum)
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Sales license and appointment required within sixty (60) days of hire
- Experience with office tools, cloud-based software, social media & collaboration tools strongly preferred
- Insurance background preferred
- Ability to travel locally preferred
