Job Summary

Identify AI opportunities for clients and internal teams by assessing business needs, workflows, and data maturity to prioritize high-potential use cases. Translate these requirements into product visions, intelligent workflows, and platform concepts while designing user journeys that integrate AI coherently. Collaborate with UX/UI, development, and data teams to produce prototypes, demos, and semi-functional concepts that accelerate decision-making. Structure MVPs, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations while anticipating risks like hallucinations, bias, and governance issues. Define evaluation frameworks, test suites, and metrics to ensure solution quality, accuracy, and robustness before production. Maintain ongoing market watch on generative AI, agents, and intelligent platforms. Work closely with technical specialists to document solutions rigorously and align them with business goals and user needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Team players focused on collaboration and tangible outcomes
  • Experience in applied data science in digital contexts, web development, digital strategy, digital product, or a similar role
  • Strong interest in generative AI, intelligent workflows, and AI platforms
  • Solid understanding of core concepts and patterns in modern AI systems, including: LLMs, RAG, prompting, AI agents, MCP, CLI, automation, and workflow orchestration
  • Ability to determine which architectural approaches and patterns to use depending on context and the problem to solve
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and quickly translate them into realistic product concepts
  • Strong strategic thinking and excellent structuring skills
  • Good understanding of UX/UI principles, experience design, and product thinking
  • Ability to think through both user needs and operational/organizational constraints
  • General understanding of technical concepts related to APIs, data, digital architectures, and AI models
  • Ability to work closely with developers and technical profiles
  • Experience with, or strong interest in rapid prototyping and concept materialization
  • Excellent communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Familiarity with development environments and version control tools such as VS Code, Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket
  • Strong autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, experimental environments
  • Excellent professional judgment and critical thinking
  • English required, as the role will work with part of our client base located in Ontario

Desired Qualifications

  • General knowledge of major AI solutions available on the market for different needs (voice, video, content generation, agents, automation, etc.)
  • Familiarity with platforms and tools such as ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Stitch, or other emerging solutions
  • Expertise with agentic programming tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex
  • Experience with tools such as Claude Design, Figma, Cursor, Replit, V0, or other rapid prototyping tools
  • Knowledge of the challenges related to AI governance and ethics
  • Experience in agency, consulting, or multidisciplinary environments
  • Interest in digital marketing, data, and intelligent customer experiences
