Job Summary
Drive straight trucks and tractor trailers primarily east of the Mississippi, with strong lanes in Texas and California. Operate specialty shipments for entertainment, healthcare, and other industries using 96-inch family sleepers equipped with bunks, tables, microwaves, TVs, and sinks. Maintain courteous, professional behavior while prioritizing service and safety, ensuring a clean driving record and passing required physical exams and drug tests. Participate in the permit driver training program with experienced CDL holders for 14-hour teams. As an independent contractor or fleet driver, you must be at least 23 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and hold a state-issued CDL with appropriate endorsements.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 23 years of age
- Be able to read, write, understand and speak the English language
- At all times behave courteously and professionally
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Have a State issued Commercial Drivers License with appropriate endorsements
- Verifiable experience
- Clean Driving Record
- Be in good health with no medical restrictions and the ability to pass a physical exam and pre-employment drug test
- Operate with service and Safety as a priority
