Job Summary
Straight Truck Driver (NON CDL) – Part-time days. Delivers items to destinations along assigned routes, picking up and delivering packages, following routes, meeting deadlines, and ensuring package safety. Handles basic paperwork, may perform basic truck maintenance, and may collect payments. Requires valid driver’s license, clean MVR and background checks, ability to obtain FedMed certificate, and willingness to drive in all weather. Pallet jack and forklift certification preferred. Lift up to 50lbs regularly and 150lbs occasionally. Must be 18+, US resident, and able to pass required checks. Location: Weston, WI. Schedule emphasizes Monday–Friday with 7:00 AM–6:00 PM shifts; potential move to full-time based on attendance and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a legal resident of the United States
- Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Must pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Must pass criminal background standards
- Must be able to obtain Medical Examiner’s Certificate (FedMed card)
- Pallet jack experience preferred; forklift experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain pallet jack and forklift certification
- Must be able to drive in all-weather conditions
- Must be able and willing to lift up to 50lbs regularly and 150 lbs occasionally
- Must be able and willing to kneel, squat, climb ladders/stairs
- Must be able to drive for extended periods of time
- Less than 1 year experience required
