Job Summary
Deliver items as a Straight Truck Driver on a 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 5/6 AM window) in Weston, WI. Duties include picking up and delivering packages, following specified routes, meeting deadlines, ensuring package safety (including frozen/perishable items), communicating with dispatch and customers, completing required paperwork, performing basic truck maintenance, and collecting payments when applicable. Required to maintain a safe driving record, pass background checks and MVR, and obtain medical certification (FedMed) as needed. Training/certifications for pallet jack and forklift are preferred or must be obtained. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and 150 lbs occasionally, kneeling, squatting, and climbing. Strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and ability to operate in all weather conditions. Must be 18+ with US residency and valid license; prior forklift/pallet jack experience and willingness to obtain necessary certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a legal resident of the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and safe driving record
- Must pass and maintain Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Must pass and adhere to criminal background standards
- Must obtain and maintain Medical Examiner’s Certificate (FedMed card)
- Pallet jack experience preferred; forklift experience preferred
- Must obtain and maintain pallet jack and forklift certification
- Adhere to post-accident drug testing requirements
- Must be able to drive in all-weather conditions
- Must be able and willing to maneuver up to 50lbs regularly and 150 lbs occasionally
- Must be able and willing to kneel, squat, climb ladders/stairs
- Must be able to drive for extended periods of time
- Less than 1 year of work experience
