Straight Truck Delivery Driver

Job Summary
Deliver and pick up products at customer locations in a timely manner. Operate a company-owned 26’ straight truck with a liftgate safely and incident-free. Load and unload at company and customer locations. Check in and report to supervisor daily with proper documentation via mobile devices or paper manifests/BOL. Maintain chain of custody and adhere to DOT requirements. Safeguard sensitive information and follow company guidelines on uniform, attendance, and administrative policies. Perform additional duties on company-issued mobile devices as requested and support accountabilities such as keeping a positive, regular attendance record. Training and background checks are part of employment; most drivers are TSA-screened.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School or GED preferred
- Clean driving record with a current valid Motor Vehicle License, copy of Department of Motor Vehicles driving abstract not more than 30 days old
- Ability to read a map
- Deadline-oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely and incident-free
- Load and unload vehicle at locations
- Possess or obtain valid Federal Medical Card
- Compliance with DOT requirements and safety policies
- Access, use and safeguard company information systems and documentation via mobile devices or paper manifests/BOL
